The digital PopUp Press® is automatic; handle and heated platen will pop up when the application cycle is complete.

The digital EzPress® is a manual press; a buzzer will sound when the application cycle is complete and the operator must lift the handle to remove the hot platen from the garment.

The digital EzPress® and PopUpPress® are simple and easy to operate. The time, temperature and pressure are automatically controlled. The handle is very easy to operate even though the platen has 120 pounds of pressure. The heated platen is Teflon coated to prevent glue accumulation. The spring-loaded lower platen will accommodate thick and thin garments without re-adjusting the platen. The heated platen opens wide to provide a clear work area on the lower platen. 

The digital computer monitors the opertion of the press and alerts the operator of a pending problem such as platen temperature too hot or too cold. The computer also monitors common operator errors and alerts the operator to prevent an improperly applied lable. These operator errors include:  Long Cycle-the operator failed to lift the handle when the cycle was complete, Short Cycle-the operator lifted the handle before the application cycle was complete, and Cold Cycle-the operator appied the label before the platen heated to the pre-set value.

The CPU has our  "EZWizard" program which monitors label or patch application for problems and automatically takes the proper corrective action; such as, if the operator is labeling cold garments, the "EzWizard"will automatically increase the cyce time to insure proper application.
